Our 2011 our Cast and Crew:

Alain Ackerman (Israel Putnam/Henry Jones) - Alain is very excited to be a part of Last of the Mohicans Outdoor Drama this year! He has been performing in and around the Capital District for many years now and considers this a great opportunity. Alain has performed with the old NYSTI and was seen in Taking Woodstock. Alain would like to thank his family and for all their love and support throughout the years.
Alan Angelo (Col. Frye) – Alan is a versatile theatre person, whose theatrical experiences encompass the fields of sound designer/engineer, stage manager, props master, director, and producer. He is the historian for Schenectady Light opera Company (SLOC). Alan’s last directorial assignment was SLOC’s Kiss Me, Kate. The Last of the Mohicans Outdoor Drama will be his 100th on-stage credit. Alan has worked with many theater companies, includingcredits that range with companies Glimmerglass Opera and Schenectady Civic. Alan holds an MA in theatre and teaches acting in the Niskayuna School District. “I am proud to be working on this wonderful production that tells an important slice of American history. Michael and Steve--thank you for this extraordinary opportunity.” To the memory of my Mom and Dad--thank you!
Suzanne Baker (Willow) - Suzanne is a familiar face to Capitol region audiences. Whether it be dramas, musicals, comedies or improv, Suzanne's time on the stage is one of her greatest loves, coming in second, of course, to her family and friends. Suzanne has worked for NYSERDA for 21+ years. She resides in Averill Park with her husband Bill and still cherishes time spent with her two grown sons, Frank and Will. She is thrilled to have the opportunity to spend the summer working with the cast and crew of the Last of the Mohicans.
David Michael Benjamin Jr, (Magua) – Michael is excited to be joining the cast for the first time this season. He has been performing in community theater in the Schenectady area for a few years, playing with Schenectady Light Opera Company and the Classic Theater Guild. During the day he is a computer programmer, and his hobbies include rocketry, electronics, and rock climbing. He would like to thank his family, friends, and beautiful wife for all of their love and support.
James Briggs (David Gamut) - Jim returns to the stage after ten years of working as a lawyer. He is a graduate of the FSU/Asolo Acting Conservatory and has performed in regional theaters such as the Williamstown Theater Festival, the Potomac Theater Project, the Asolo Center for the Performing Arts, and the Sun Valley Repertory Company. He also appeared in the feature film, "Hidden Fears". Jim lives in Williamstown, Massachusetts with his wife, Susan, and his children, Sarah and Patrick. He is also a graduate of Middlebury College.
David Edward Campbell (Col. Munro) most recently appeared in Hay Fever at the Ghent Play House. Other credits include Witness for the Prosecution, Funny Money, Proof (with Studio Arts Entertainment), Dracula (with The Village Players), and Inherit the Wind (with Old Castle Theatre Co.) He also appeared with Curtain Call Theatre in The Odd Couple, Unexpected Guest, Breaking Legs, The Memory of Water, The Mousetrap, Ten Little Indians, and Run for Your Wife; with Capital Repretory Theater in Inherit the Wind, and with Home Made Theatre in Laughter on the Twenty-Third Floor. His film credits include: Creamaster 3, The Emperor’s Club and The Interpreter. He would like to thank Sue and Alyssa for their continuous support
Adam Collett (Duncan Heyward) - Adam originally hails from the United Kingdom. He trained in Shakespearean Acting, and has performed roles such as Iago (Othello), Laertes (Hamlet) and Pistol/Dauphin (Henry V). Other theatre credits include: Eddie (Blood Brothers ) for Act One, Tyl Eulenspiegel (Crazyface), and Septimus Hodge (Arcadia). Adam is delighted to be returning to the cast of The Last of the Mohicans.
Claudia DeMartino (Cora) - Claudia is delighted to be back with LOTMOD for a second year! She was last seen in Schenectady Civics Peter Pan as Wendy. Favorite roles include (Esther) Meet Me in St. Louis (TANYS award), (Meg) Little Women, and (Belle) Beauty and the Beast. Thank you to her family, friends, mother, and her fiancé Jon for their love and support.
Cristina DiCarlo (Wish-ton-Wish/Degonwadonti) - Christina is happy to be back for a second season with LOMOD. She has acted around the Capital District and in Italy. Her work includes Ramona Quimby (Miss Griggs),The Importance of Being Earnest (Miss Prism), A Christmas Carol (Belle), and Taming of the Shrew (Hortenzio). She has done extra work for Petunia, State of Play, Life on Mars, and Still. She also has had the pleasure of playing Kay Davver in Homemade Theater’s Murder Mystery. She would like to thank her friends and family for their support over the years.
Robert Francis Forgett (Chingachook) – Rob is a musician, dancer, shaman and master mechanic. He was born in Troy and raised in the gritty industrial city of Watervliet in upstate NY. He is a member of The Screen Actors Guild (SAG). This is his second season with LOMOD.
Dan Hernandez (Reed That Bends) – Dan is proud and very honored to be a part of this year’s production of The Last of the Mohicans. Dan is a recent High School graduate from Shaker High School who has performed in Shaker Theatre's productions of West Side Story and The Music Man. He loves singing and enjoys acting with his big brother. He wishes to extend out his thanks and love to his family and friends who have always supported him.
Jonathan Hernandez (Uncas) - Jonathan was raised in Loudonville, NY and performed in various musicals from elementary school to high school. He studied theater at SUNY Albany and received a Marketing & Management Degree at Northeastern University in Boston, MA. While in college, he performed in numerous cultural plays, short films, and competed in campus movie festivals. He is currently a freelance videographer at jH Production and is thrilled to be a part of the The Last of the Mohicans.
Noel Hubert (Red Crow) - Noel has been performing in theater officially for four years and says “I must say that every play that I ever played a part in was an amazing experience, and I'm pretty sure that this production will top them all. I'm looking forward to seeing everyone that comes to watch The Last of the Mohicans and for those who don't will miss awesome drama”.
Ken McBain (Hawkeye) - Born, raised and still living in Watervliet, New York, Ken is a Christian musician and songwriter who recently discovered his love of acting!
Sidra McBain (Colonial Girl/Huron Girl) -Ten year old Sidra is our youngest cast member. She is an aspiring actress and an accomplished dancer and singer with many years of dance and vocal instruction.
Anna Moscovic (Betsey Jones) - Anna is a junior theatre major at Hunter College. This is her debut with The Last of The Mohicans and is very excited! Recent credits include Seussical the Musical and Peter Pan at Russell Sage College, All Shook Up at Class Act Productions, and Curtains at Spotlight Players. She wishes the cast and crew to break a leg! A special thanks to Kimberly Perry and the creators of Glee.
Kelsy Nevins (Alice) - Kelsey is back again this year to reprise her role as Alice Munro. She is currently a part of Albany’s premiere Rocky Horror Picture Show shadowcast troupe, The Whip-It Outskirts. She enjoys watching the Travel Channel and doing Zumba with her sisters. She would like to thank her family and John for their love and support.
Steven O'Connor (Montcalm) – Steven is returning to portray Montcalm in this year’s production. He is an accomplished radio, stage, film, and television actor with over thirty years of experience. He has worked in New York's Capital Region, New England and the United Kingdom. Also a versatile stage actor, Steven has played a number of roles in productions ranging from the title character in Shakespeare's Macbeth to leads in Neil Simon's comedies. An intrepid traveler, Steven recently became a citizen of the Republic of Ireland and the European Union. He is also the producer of The Last of the Mohicans Outdoor Drama.
John H. Reheuser (Sagamore) - John is delighted to be in this performance. Past roles include Abhorson in Measure for Measure, Vincentio in Taming of the Shrew, and Merriman in The Importance Of Being Earnest , and Kiss Me Kate all with Schenectady County Community College Players, He has also acted with Schenectady Civic Players in Peter Pan. Special thanks to Chris, Sandy, Emily, Dan, Duncan, and Alan.
We are also very fortunate to have join our production this year, Mr. David Bunce as Fight Choreographer and Fight Director.

Film work includes Waste of Candy for Perpetual Honey Productions, Arachnia for Edgewood Studios and fights for the web series Super Knocked Up.
